Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Production Planning Engineer. The individual in this position will be responsible for planning and coordinating production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources, and maintaining efficiency in operations. Daily tasks will include analyzing production requirements, optimizing workflow, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and resolving issues to maintain production timelines and quality standards.

• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and improve workflows
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Educational background or experience in Industrial Engineering
• Ability to work proactively in a manufacturing environment and manage on-site operations efficiently
• Knowledge of industry best practices and relevant software tools for production management
• Previous experience in a similar role in manufacturing or related industries is an advantage
