Senior 2D Designer

As a Graphic Design Manager, your role involves planning and managing all stages of design projects. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality and original artworks by assigning tasks and reviewing submissions of Junior Designers, interns, and freelancers. Your creative expertise will be utilized in suggesting and making alterations to projects, creating designs, and visualizing concepts based on client briefs. Collaboration with the Design team to generate innovative design ideas and producing various graphics like infographics, catalogues, brand manuals, and social media creatives will be essential. Maintaining brand consistency and voice, communicating with the Marketing team for promotional graphics, and assessing the productivity and quality output of the Design team are key responsibilities. Additionally, providing timelines based on clients' needs and preferences is crucial for project management.

Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a similar field, along with 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer. You should possess a complete portfolio showcasing your design projects and be familiar with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Coral Draw. Supervisory skills to manage team members and freelancers, knowledge of graphic design techniques and trends, attention to detail, and a strong sense of color combinations, fonts, and layout are essential. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills are required to work effectively under pressure in a competitive environment. An understanding of digital and print artwork requirements, along with good analytical and decision-making abilities, will further enhance your performance in this role.
