Overview

An established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to support day-to-day sales operations and lead a customer-focused internal sales team. This role is suited for a hands-on professional who enjoys balancing team leadership, customer relationship management, and operational coordination in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and support an inside sales and customer service team
• Oversee daily sales activities, order flow, and account support
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
• Assist with quotations, order coordination, and issue resolution
• Work cross-functionally with operations, production, and scheduling teams
• Help improve internal processes and overall team efficiency
• Support onboarding and training of new employees
• Track sales performance, reporting, and service standards
• Contribute to a collaborative and service-oriented workplace culture

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, account coordination, or customer service
• Previous leadership or team lead experience considered an asset
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or B2B environments preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
