Job Description

As a Manager - Talent Acquisition at the leading global foodservice retailer, your role will involve managing recruitment demand, setting expectations, and building strong relationships with stakeholders in the UK & India market. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Independently driving end-to-end Talent Acquisition delivery while expertly balancing stakeholders' expectations
  • Owning the recruitment process for the United Kingdom and India market, including sourcing, screening, strategy meetings, and offer creation/management
  • Providing exceptional candidate care and ensuring effective pre-screening based on skills, cultural fit, and motivation
  • Using proactive sourcing techniques to engage passive and active talent through platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and employee referrals
  • Researching and recommending competitive packages in collaboration with hiring managers, HRBPs & Rewards
  • Building meaningful business relationships with Client Groups, candidates, and HR Business Partners
  • Enhancing Global Talent Acquisition credibility with stakeholders by sharing knowledge, data, and insights from the external market, including competitor activity, trends & innovation

In order to excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 8 - 14 years of experience in technology recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Mandatory experience in Talent Acquisition delivery for the UK & India markets
  • Experience with ATS tools (e.g., SuccessFactors) and sourcing platforms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
