Role - Senior Compensation Analyst

Job Summary - The Senior Compensation Analyst provides advanced analytical and consultative support for enterprise compensation programs. The role partners closely with Compensation Design, functions across HR, HR Business Partners and management to support the development, enhancement and execution of compensation processes and analytics. This position works independently, exercises advanced professional judgment, and adapts compensation expertise to more complex and ambiguous business needs.
Additional Experience - Open to work with US and UK based stakeholders in a global environment.(Primarily with US stakeholders)
Essential Functions & Responsibilities-
- Provide analytical and consultative support for compensation programs (base & variable pay).
- Conduct complex analyses including salary structures, merit/promotion modeling, and incentives.
- Support salary administration processes (merit cycles, promotions, off-cycle changes) ensuring compliance.
- Enhance compensation frameworks, processes, and analytics for better decision-making.
- Manage compensation projects/workstreams, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
- Perform job evaluations and provide guidance on leveling and documentation.
- Lead testing and validation of compensation system updates (e.g., Workday).
- Handle complex compensation queries and escalations from HR and leadership.
- Support additional compensation initiatives and ad hoc projects.
