**Position Summary:**

We are actively seeking an experienced HR Manager who exhibits a deep understanding of HR functions within the sales industry. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in recruitment, training, and employee development, specifically tailored to sales-driven environments. This role is critical in ensuring that our hiring processes align with the strategic goals of the company, particularly in recruiting customer relationship managers and vendor relationship managers who can drive performance and meet business targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms like LinkedIn, conducting candidate screenings, and facilitating initial interviews.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure the selection process is thorough and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Manage the onboarding process by preparing and delivering comprehensive job descriptions, company policies, and training materials to new hires.
  • Design and implement robust training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and productivity of employees in the sales department. This includes conducting workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to individual and team needs.
  • Continuously assess and monitor employee performance, providing regular feedback and reporting findings to the head officer to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure that all employees adhere to CRM system protocols, regularly evaluating staff engagement with CRM processes to optimize order processing and customer interactions.

**Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, ideally within a sales-oriented environment. Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and training programs that drive business success.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and their application in enhancing sales operations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate and address potential HR challenges effectively.

**Required Documents:**

  • Reference letters and salary slips from previous employment, showcasing a history of successful HR management.
  • Copies of previous employment contracts and other relevant documentation to validate professional experience, if applicable.

Work Hours:

This position operates on a remote basis, with strict adherence to clock-in and clock-out procedures. The designated working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM Melbourne time, Monday through Saturday. Employees are required to maintain active screen sharing and camera usage during work hours to ensure accountability and seamless communication with the head office.
