Location: Remote (Aligned with Melbourne Time)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Melbourne Time)

Public Holidays: Off

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Team Leader to build, manage, and scale our call center sales team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, team performance, training, and KPI delivery across Vendor and Buyer teams.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard a team of 9 members (2 Vendor Executives, 7 Buyer Executives)
  • Develop team structure, roles, and daily workflows
  • Monitor performance, productivity, and KPI achievement
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Take disciplinary actions including termination when required

Recruitment & Hiring Strategy

  • Design and execute a hiring plan to complete team onboarding by 30th May
  • Define ideal candidate profiles for Vendor and Buyer roles
  • Decide job advertising platforms and sourcing channels
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates
  • Manage recruitment budget effectively

Training & Development

  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training programs
  • Train team on:
  • Business sales process
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • CRM and reporting systems
  • Ensure continuous improvement of team skills

Operations & KPI Management

  • Set, track, and optimize KPIs for both Vendor and Buyer teams
  • Monitor call quality, conversions, and pipeline performance
  • Ensure proper reporting and documentation compliance
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience in call center management or sales team leadership
  • Strong recruitment and training experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in sales, business brokerage, or real estate is preferred
  • Ability to work in Melbourne time zone
