Job Description: Psychologists to join the Manah Onsite project as Associate Wellbeing Professionals. This is not a typical counseling role; it is a high-impact position designed for those who want to move beyond theory and into the heart of execution. You will sit at the intersection of psychology, experience design, and program delivery helping us shape what wellbeing actually feels like in real-world spaces. We need someone who can build while things are in motion, thriving in a fast-paced environment across Pune.

Job Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a psychologist for a residential project where residents will visit a dedicated wellbeing zone for support and consultation. We are looking for a professional who demonstrates high unconditional positive regard for clients and possesses the ability to build rapport easily. The primary goal is to provide a supportive environment for residents seeking psychological assistance.

Design & Execute: Contribute to the end-to-end design of wellbeing programs and deliver high-energy, on-ground facilitation sessions for diverse clients.

Operational Agility: Take ownership of client work and program execution without waiting for a manual; we need someone proactive who can build systems while navigating them.

Hybrid Delivery: Manage a rigorous 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM schedule (Monday–Saturday) across both online platforms and on-site locations.

Bridge Theory & Practice: Translate complex psychological concepts into actionable, engaging experiences that resonate in professional and community settings.

Required Qualifications: Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Psychology is mandatory. Additional course for any therapeutic practice and at least 200 hrs of clinical practice experience

Mindset: A strong "builder" appetite with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a non-traditional, evolving role.Communication & Presence: Exceptional facilitation skills and the confidence to lead sessions in person and online.Location &

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
