Fleet Manager (Cab Transportation)

We are looking for a Fleet Manager who can efficiently manage daily vehicle operations, optimize shift scheduling and cab allocation, and ensure cost-effective and timely transportation.

Fleet Manager – Key Responsibilities

• Manage Drivers and daily operations of company vehicles (Cabs)
• Plan and optimize drivers shift scheduling and cab management for efficient employee transport
• Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules
• Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor driver performance, safety, and route efficiency and prepare report
• Maintain records (insurance, registration, permits)
• Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve delivery time using tools like Google Maps

Qualifications

• Graduate (MBA, BBA / B.Com / B.Tech preferred)
• 2–6 years of experience in fleet, logistics, or transport operations
• Should know MS excel, google sheets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
