Role Overview and Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute daily field activity plans and update progress through the FOS App.
- Conduct market visits to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with franchisees, healthcare partners, and referral sources.
- Identify strategic tie-ups and partnerships to expand business and strengthen brand presence.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Support franchise partners in business planning, operational setup, and performance improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, service standards, and quality guidelines.
- Prepare and share daily reports on activities, leads, and target achievement.
- Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.

Requirements

- Experience in B2B sales, direct sales, or strategic partnerships preferred

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
