Job Description

Experience: 12–15+ years Qualification: MBA in HR with certifications in HOGAN, MBTI, and exposure to assessment & development centres and action learning journeys.

Role Purpose: To design and drive the organization’s capability-building strategy, ensuring a strong internal bench for critical roles and enabling business growth. The role focuses on identifying, accelerating, and deploying high-potential talent, role readiness, and building leadership capability across levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement leadership development frameworks and programs.
  • Build structured leadership pipelines across all levels.
  • Manage HiPo identification processes and leadership assessments.
  • Develop accelerated learning journeys and IDPs.
  • Identify capability gaps and design interventions.
  • Align leadership development with organizational transformation.
  • Track effectiveness through KPIs, succession coverage, promotions, and retention.
