Job Description
Experience: 12–15+ years Qualification: MBA in HR with certifications in HOGAN, MBTI, and exposure to assessment & development centres and action learning journeys.
Role Purpose: To design and drive the organization’s capability-building strategy, ensuring a strong internal bench for critical roles and enabling business growth. The role focuses on identifying, accelerating, and deploying high-potential talent, role readiness, and building leadership capability across levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement leadership development frameworks and programs.
- Build structured leadership pipelines across all levels.
- Manage HiPo identification processes and leadership assessments.
- Develop accelerated learning journeys and IDPs.
- Identify capability gaps and design interventions.
- Align leadership development with organizational transformation.
- Track effectiveness through KPIs, succession coverage, promotions, and retention.
