Role Overview:

You are the Project Manager responsible for leading and executing large-scale data collection projects involving audio, image, video, and text. Your role requires a strong sense of ownership, quick execution, and the ability to manage multiple small-to-mid scale projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of data collection projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Manage field teams, vendors, and coordinators to ensure successful dataset creation.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and client requirements.
  • Design standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows for scalable data collection.
  • Monitor daily progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate internally with operations, QA, and leadership teams.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Uphold data quality standards and compliance requirements.

Qualification Required:

  • 25 years of experience in project management, preferably in data collection, operations, BPO, or field operations.
  • Strong execution and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with vendors, freelancers, and field teams.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and working with dashboards.
  • Previous involvement in AI/ML data collection projects is a strong advantage.
