YOUR IMPACT AREA

The Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity across all marketing and sales touchpoints. By delivering consistent, high-quality design across digital, print, and on-ground platforms, the role supports marketing effectiveness, sales enablement, and strong brand recall. Through close collaboration with internal teams and partners, the designer ensures timely execution while upholding premium design standards and contributing to long-term brand equity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors or Master’s degree of Marketing from a top India/ International University
• Experience in the luxury marketing industry, preferably in real estate/ hospitality function
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products, tools and utilities for business use
• International education or international work exposure is preferred

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

• SF/MO Collateral Design
• BTL Collateral Design
• Social Media Design Support
• Visual Quality & Brand Consistency
• Key Performance Indicators:
• Design of all SF/MO collaterals including panels, signage, brochures, and spatial graphics
• Development of mock-ups, visualisations, and design-ready files for all SF/MO requirements
• Ensuring all designs for SF/MO accurately reflect the intended spatial experience and brand language
• Creation and timely delivery of all BTL collaterals including invitations, gift cards, packaging, and event materials
• Maintaining consistency in visual language across all BTL outputs in line with brand guidelines
• Supporting the social media team with design requirements including posts, stories, and campaign creatives as needed
• Adherence to timelines across multiple concurrent design requirements without compromising quality
• Strong attention to detail in layout, typography, colour, and overall visual composition across all outputs
• Ensuring all designs follow defined brand guidelines, formats, and approval processes
• Ability to translate briefs into thoughtful, high-quality design solutions aligned with MAIA’s design philosophy
• Continuous refinement of design output based on internal feedback and evolving project needs
