Position: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to head the marketing operations for our Alumina and Food business verticals at our Corporate Office in Raipur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for both Alumina and Food divisions
- Drive brand positioning, market expansion, and business growth initiatives
- Lead product marketing, channel development, and customer engagement strategies
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, distributors, and institutional relationships
- Oversee digital marketing, corporate communications, and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to achieve business objectives
- Manage marketing budgets, ROI analysis, and performance tracking
- Lead and mentor the marketing team across verticals
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within both Alumina/Mining and Food/FMCG industries
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Expertise in brand management, business development, and market expansion
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and execution capabilities
- MBA in Marketing or relevant qualification preferred
Experience Required:
12–20 Years of relevant experience
