Maa Kudargarhi Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Mining for our Corporate Office based in Raipur (C.G.).

Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Mining
Location:
Corporate Office – Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Key Requirement:
The candidate must have strong experience in Bauxite Mining Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end mining operations
- Drive operational excellence and cost optimization
- Ensure statutory, environmental, and safety compliance
- Manage mine planning, production targets, and project execution
- Coordinate with government authorities and stakeholders
- Lead large operational teams and support business expansion initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 20+ years of experience in Mining Operations
- Mandatory experience in Bauxite Mining
- Strong leadership and strategic management skills
- Excellent understanding of mining operations and compliance
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline
- First Class Mine Manager Certificate will be an added advantage
