What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a motivated and growth‑minded Paid Media Manager to join our Search & Social team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has foundational experience in paid social and/or paid search—and is ready to take the next step toward owning strategy, execution, and performance across multiple platforms and client verticals.
You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, (SEM, Performance Max, Google App Campaign) and more. You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment, contribute to client strategy and growth, and help shape best‑in‑class paid media programs.
What will you be responsible for?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for paid search and social campaign management, delivering on strategies in line with our clients’ goals, reporting analysis and insight generation, and presenting key findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. Contributing to client growth, becoming a trusted voice in the room.
Responsibilities
- Work across the full campaign lifecycle – planning, setup, pacing, optimizations, insights, and reporting
- Consistently adapt optimization strategies to meet the specific goals and KPIs of multiple clients across web and app experiences
- Present reporting and performance insights that lead to gains against client business objectives, effectively communicating wins and improvement areas
- Align with Account teams to fully understand client needs and suggest impactful strategies
- Work with clients to provide input on ad copy and visuals, keeping in mind best practices across the various platforms
- Grow partner and client relationships as a daily point of contact
- Support the team as the day-to-day Search & Social contact for internal teams
What are the requirements of the role?
- 1–2 years of hands‑on, bottom funnel paid media experience, ideally at a digital or full‑service agency.
- Working knowledge of major platforms in either search and/or social: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, (SEM, PMAX, Google App Campaigns, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort completing data analysis in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic arithmetic, lookup tables, etc.)
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organization and time‑management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities.
- Clear communicator—both written and verbal.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow your skill set across new channels and client types.
- A collaborative teammate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Additional Information:
- Salary Band: $55,000-$65,000 per year DOE
- Competitive benefits package, including 20 vacation days and 401k match
- Summer Fridays: We aim to stop working at 3:00pm on Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day
- Holiday Break: 11 annual bank holidays, plus Christmas to New Year’s Eve
- Flexible work arrangements available, combining on-site and remote work as needed. Two days per week in the NY office required
