Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Join our team as a Social Media Manager & Content Creator! We're looking for a creative and strategic individual to elevate our online presence. If you're passionate about social media, content creation, and driving engagement, this role is for you. This role will also in time expand into an events coordinating role leading to community engagement and exciting social events!

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos.
• Manage posting schedules and monitor social media channels.
• Analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies for optimal results.
• Foster community engagement and respond to audience inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, grammar, spelling, and punctuation are correct.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and develop content strategies.
• Plan and coordinate events

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Consistency
• Strong organizational skills, ability to schedule and take initiative are key.
• Keen Eye for details
• Photoshop, Canva and AI basic experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools.
• Creative mindset and a passion for staying ahead in the digital landscape.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team to meet goals.
• Strong research skills to gather relevant information from reliable sources.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword optimization is a plus.
