Job Description

  • Execute end-to-end procurement activities for EPC projects (Transmission Lines, Substations, and Power Distribution)
  • Source, evaluate, and procure materials such as transformers, switchgear (GIS & AIS), and circuit breakers
  • Prepare RFQs, conduct techno-commercial evaluations, and finalize purchase orders
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships, including negotiation of pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, project, and site teams for material planning and timely delivery

  • Coordinate with internal departments for insurance requirements related to assets, projects, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
  • Drive B2B sales growth for the company’s conductor product portfolio.
  • Manage and develop business with EPC contractors, utilities, government institutions, and large industrial clients.
  • Promote and sell Copper Conductors and Aluminium Conductors across infrastructure, power transmission, and industrial projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the conductors segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Participate in project discussions, tendering processes, and commercial negotiations.
  • Work closely with internal teams including production, planning, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of orders.

  • Design of substation structures, equipment foundations, control room buildings, cable trenches, roads, drainage systems, and boundary walls.
  • Perform structural analysis and design calculations for RCC and steel structures.
  • Develop detailed engineering drawings, GA drawings, and construction drawings.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant Indian and international codes/standards.
  • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and project execution teams for integrated design delivery.
  • Provide technical support during project execution and site-related design clarifications.
  • Review vendor drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Optimise designs for cost, safety, and constructability.
  • Support tender engineering and bid documentation when required.
