What You'll Bring to the Team

• CAIB Level 2 License (preferred)
• Intent to complete CAIB 3.
• Previous insurance experience or a strong interest in Commercial Lines is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
• Strong customer focus—able to listen, understand, and provide solutions with care

• A collaborative mindset, with respect for different personalities and perspectives

What You'll Do

• Support the Senior Commercial Executive team with day-to-day commercial insurance tasks.
• Updating and creating driver and vehicle lists for acquisition branches and new clients.
• Assisting with driver approvals.
• Preparing revision requests, including policy lines and statements of values as required.
• Supporting collection calls and follow-up activities.
• Entering marketing data and assisting with the submission process.
• Building knowledge of Commercial Lines products through early exposure and ongoing training.
• Potentially taking over non-fleet commercial auto accounts as skills and experience develop.
