Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kerala, India, for the position of Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about available courses, addressing inquiries, and assisting them in making informed decisions. Key responsibilities include reaching out to potential students, organizing counseling sessions, maintaining accurate admission records, and contributing to enrollment strategies. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to enhance outreach efforts and participating in education fairs or seminars as required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Ability to counsel and guide students in making academic decisions
• Organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate admission records
• Experience in sales, customer service, or academic counseling; prior admissions experience is a plus
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM systems
• Fluency in English and Malayalam; additional language proficiency is an advantage
• Capability to work effectively in a team and meet enrollment targets
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
