Job Description
Join our Customer Success team as a Customer Support Specialist focusing on farmers. Provide essential support, manage inquiries, and enhance the usage of the Local Line platform. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for farmers, helping them resolve issues and navigate the platform efficiently. You'll prioritize urgent requests, troubleshoot technical problems, and work alongside multiple teams to drive continual improvements in support processes. Your efforts will play a crucial role in farmer satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist farmers through email and live chat
- Triage support tickets based on urgency
- Escalate technical issues to the Support team
- Communicate product issues to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain detailed records in HubSpot Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
