Job Description
Responsibilites
- E2E sourcing, onboarding, and training of contractor interior vendors as per supply plan and ensuring strict adherence.
- Vendor Negotiations and owning Product Margins.
- Tracking of vendor's project POs, invoices, GST filing, and payments.
Primary ownership of contract vendor's rating, bandwidth, rewards, and churning along with day-to-day vendor escalation management.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders (QS, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams) to track/resolve the above parameters/issues.
- Conducting monthly town halls with vendors.
- Active involvement in special projects/Key initiatives
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate/Post Graduate from any Institution.
- 4-5 years of experience in vendor management or operations
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Good communication skills – Verbal & Written
- Moderate skill in Excel, PPT, and Word
- Good aptitude
- Extremely high level of ownership
- Proactive and capable of prioritizing work
