About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to onboard and manage channel partners such as real estate brokers, property developers, and builders. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem, and a proven track record of driving partnerships and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners (real estate brokers, developers, and builders) to expand the business network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, builders, and real estate agencies.
Drive partner engagement, activation, and performance to achieve revenue targets.
Negotiate partnership terms, commissions, and commercial agreements.
Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and trends.
Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and execution.
Track partner performance, prepare reports, and optimize partnership strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3 - 5years of experience in Business Development / Channel Partner Management / Real Estate Partnerships.
Proven experience onboarding real estate channel partners, developers, or builders.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of the real estate market and channel ecosystem.
Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate, property tech, BFSI housing loans, or allied industries.
MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related
