Profile: Learning & Performance Program Manager
Location: Bengaluru
Years of Experience: 2 - 5 years
Role Purpose
Own end-to-end performance improvement for assigned business units by identifying gaps, designing interventions, running pilots, and scaling successful initiatives to drive productivity and reduce attrition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering
Work closely with on-ground teams, team leads, managers and heads
Understand business goals, challenges, and performance metrics
Act as a trusted advisor, not just L&D support
2. Data-Driven Gap Identification
Analyze daily/weekly dashboards to identify:
Productivity gaps
Skill gaps
Quality issues
Attrition trends
Convert insights into actionable problem statements
3. Solution Design (Beyond Training)
Co-create solutions with stakeholders, such as:
Training interventions
Process improvements
Behavioral nudges
Coaching frameworks
Incentive alignment ideas
4. Pilot → Iterate → Scale
Design and run pilots
Track impact using defined metrics
Iterate quickly based on results
Scale successful initiatives across teams
5. Ownership of Outcomes
Own metrics like:
Productivity improvement
Quality scores
Reduction in attrition
Be accountable for business impact, not just activity completion
6. Stakeholder Management
Align with:
Managers & leaders
HR / L&D teams
Drive adoption and ensure execution on ground
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical thinking & data interpretation

Business acumen (understanding ops metrics)

2–5 years experience in:
Operations / Program Management / Consulting / Business Analytics
Proven experience working with business metrics
Comfortable working with data (Excel, dashboards, BI tools)
Prior L&D experience is a plus
