JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Creative Lead, you should be talented and experienced to inspire and lead the creative efforts for the Vinciago interior design vertical in Livspace for that region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design process from conception to completion, ensuring the delivery of exceptional design work that meets and exceeds the customerʼs expectations. You should have a strong background in interior design and possess excellent leadership skills to oversee the firm's day-to-day operations. Livspace is building a design-first premium studio and the ideal candidate will bring equal measures of creativity and design thinking and be operationally strong, ensuring that all design projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the high-quality standards set by the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of designers to produce exceptional quality design work that meets customer expectations.
• Develop and implement design strategies that enhance the studioʼs brand and reputation for excellence. Oversee the development of design proposals, presentations, and project documentation and lead design presentations to the customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, products, and technologies to maintain the firm's competitive edge.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

• A Bachelor's [ B.Arch ] or Master's degree in interior design or a related field.
• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on home interior design projects.
• Proven experience managing design teams and having delivered high-value projects successfully.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A passion for design, with a desire to stay current with the latest design trends and technologies.
