We are looking for fresh graduates with excellent communication skills to join our Technical Support / Service Desk (L1) team.
📍 Work Location: Pune, Banglore
🎓 Education: B.E / B.Tech / BCA/Any graduation
📅 Eligible Batches: 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 Pass Outs
🚫 Not Eligible:
- Postgraduates (PG)
- Experienced candidates
💰 CTC:
- 2.7 Lpa
📄 Mandatory Documents:
- PAN Card
- Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC)
- Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM)
- All Semester Mark Sheets
🖥 Job Role: Technical Support (Service Desk L1)
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Handle incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, O365, Active Directory, VPN, networking, desktop & mobile devices
- Work on ITSM tools like ServiceNow / Remedy
- Log, update, and escalate support tickets as per SOPs

- 24×7 rotational shifts (including US/UK shifts)
