🚀 Hiring Freshers – Technical Support (Service Desk L1)

We are looking for fresh graduates with excellent communication skills to join our Technical Support / Service Desk (L1) team.

📍 Work Location: Pune, Banglore

🎓 Education: B.E / B.Tech / BCA/Any graduation

📅 Eligible Batches: 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 Pass Outs

🚫 Not Eligible:

  • Postgraduates (PG)
  • Experienced candidates

💰 CTC:

  • 2.7 Lpa

📄 Mandatory Documents:

  • PAN Card
  • Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC)
  • Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM)
  • All Semester Mark Sheets

🖥 Job Role: Technical Support (Service Desk L1)

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle incidents and service requests
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, O365, Active Directory, VPN, networking, desktop & mobile devices
  • Work on ITSM tools like ServiceNow / Remedy
  • Log, update, and escalate support tickets as per SOPs

🕒 Work Environment:

  • 24×7 rotational shifts (including US/UK shifts)
