Role: Sales Officer – Retail Sales (FMCG General Trade) [Off Roll Job]

🎯 Role Summary
Drive secondary sales, distribution expansion, outlet coverage, and territory growth through effective distributor and DSM management while ensuring execution excellence as per PJP/Route Plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve secondary sales targets for the assigned territory
- Manage 2–3 distributors and 2–3 DSMs
- Handle 750+ retail outlets across 12–18 beats
- Drive range selling and large SKU portfolio penetration
- Ensure outlet expansion, visibility, merchandising, and new outlet activation
- Monitor distributor performance, stock availability, and market credit
- Execute territory plans as per PJP (Permanent Journey Plan)
- Track competitor activities and market opportunities
- Drive distribution width, depth, and outlet productivity
✅ Must Have
- 4–5+ years of FMCG sales experience
- Minimum 2+ years as Sales Officer
- Handling 750+ retail outlets
- Managing 2–3 distributors
- Handling 12–18 beats with 40+ outlets per beat
- Managing 2–3 DSMs
