Role Description
Provide production support for .NET applications and SQL Server systems. Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution. Work with cross-functional teams to fix defects, support data corrections, and improve system performance and stability. Handle debugging across backend (.NET, APIs) and frontend (React), and contribute to automation and support documentation. Participate in on-call support and follow incident and change management processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development/support
- Strong skills in C#, .NET/.NET Core, and SQL Server
- knowledge of React JS
- Experience in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis
- Ability to write complex SQL queries and troubleshoot data issues
- Experience with debugging APIs, logs, and application/database layers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to work US EST hours and provide on-call support
