Role Overview
As our Performance & Paid Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for driving qualified leads through strategic paid advertising campaigns. You’ll manage our digital advertising budget across Google Ads, Meta platforms, , and emerging channels—optimizing for both lead volume and quality. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences revenue. You’ll build campaigns from the ground up, test aggressively, and scale what works. You’ll also set up the marketing technology stack and automation systems that power our lead nurturing and conversion.
Key Responsibilities PAID CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and
- Develop audience targeting strategies based on demographics, behaviors, and interests
- Create and test ad copy, creative variations, and landing page combinations
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining lead quality standards
- Monitor performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve results
CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION
- Design and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion rates
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for ads, landing pages, and CTAs
- Analyze user behavior through heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics
- Identify and eliminate friction points in the conversion funnel
- Continuously improve cost-per-lead and lead-to-consultation conversion rates
MARKETING TECHNOLOGY & AUTOMATION
- Set up and manage CRM system for lead tracking and nurturing (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Build marketing automation workflows for lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture campaigns
- Implement tracking pixels, conversion tags, and attribution models
- Integrate marketing tools with admissions systems for seamless lead handoff
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations
ANALYTICS & REPORTING
- Track and report on key metrics: CPL, conversion rates, ROI, CAC, LTV
- Build dashboards to monitor campaign performance and business health
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand what’s driving results
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Maintain clean data practices and documentation
GROWTH EXPERIMENTATION
- Test new channels, formats, and targeting strategies to expand reach
- Develop retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
- Explore emerging platforms and tactics (YouTube, programmatic, influencer partnerships)
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and platform updates
What We’re Looking For – Essential
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns with proven ROI
- Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization principles and A/B testing methodologies
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio)
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously

- Experience in education, EdTech, or premium service industries
- Track record generating high-quality leads for complex, considered purchases
- Ads experience and B2B marketing background
- Familiarity with landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow)
