Staff Backend Engineer - Java - SaaS Security Start-up

You would join a growing business who are moving upmarket. With ~94% customer retention and a product that solves a massive pain point in security compliance, we are looking for a Staff Engineer who values design-first thinking and high ownership.

💻 The Role

You won’t just move tickets. You will own platform logic, complex integrations, and the architecture and design behind our product.

• The Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Python, TypeScript, SQL, and emerging AI/LLM layers.
• The Work: Architecting, designing and building backend features, owning third-party integrations (Jira, Azure, etc.), and contributing to AI roadmap.
• The Standard: We build premium, not scrappy. We design first, then execute.
