Junior Analyst, Commercial Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Support review of monthly management reports
• Preparation of monthly management deck
• Perform variance analysis on Full PNL
• Assist with monthly revenue recognition process
• Engage with business stakeholders, ensuring compliance to finance timelines
• Support project closure review processes
• Support ad hoc requests for financial information
• Support annual audits
• Assist in monthly forecast process with business stakeholders
• Performing payroll reconciliation and assisting with payroll forecasting
• Analyse utilisation metrics
• Support Annual Budgeting/Reforecast Process
• Analyse monthly OPEX variances and provide clarity to business on their numbers
• Support expense analysis exercises
• Assist with Work in Progress (WIP) and Aged Debtor reviews

Qualifications Required:

• ACA/ACCA qualified with 1-3 years post-qualification industry experience
• Ability to adapt to new processes with agility and enthusiasm
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
• Thrive in a hands-on environment focusing on innovation, resourcefulness, and velocity
• Enjoy building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
• Experience working within a multicurrency environment would be an advantage
