Key Responsibilities:
- Support review of monthly management reports
- Preparation of monthly management deck
- Perform variance analysis on Full PNL
- Assist with monthly revenue recognition process
- Engage with business stakeholders, ensuring compliance to finance timelines
- Support project closure review processes
- Support ad hoc requests for financial information
- Support annual audits
- Assist in monthly forecast process with business stakeholders
- Performing payroll reconciliation and assisting with payroll forecasting
- Analyse utilisation metrics
- Support Annual Budgeting/Reforecast Process
- Analyse monthly OPEX variances and provide clarity to business on their numbers
- Support expense analysis exercises
- Assist with Work in Progress (WIP) and Aged Debtor reviews
Qualifications Required:
- ACA/ACCA qualified with 1-3 years post-qualification industry experience
- Ability to adapt to new processes with agility and enthusiasm
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
- Thrive in a hands-on environment focusing on innovation, resourcefulness, and velocity
- Enjoy building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
- Experience working within a multicurrency environment would be an advantage
