Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of coordination between internal teams and customers, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates
• Oversee fabric sourcing, sampling, and production timelines
• Work closely with design, production, and sourcing teams to align on timelines and quality standards
• Track orders, sampling, and approvals to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in textile & fabric
• Basic understanding of fabrics, especially linen or woven textiles
• Good communication and client handling skills
• Organized, proactive and detail oriented
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
