As the Manager of Business Development & Marketing, you will work closely with sales managers and national sales teams to shape and drive the growth strategy for Linde’s Healthcare business. Your role will be key in spotting and unlocking new opportunities for growth, expanding our market presence, and building sustainable referral and partnership models that contribute to profitable growth.
You will also take the lead in developing the overall marketing strategy and managing all marketing efforts, including internal and external media channels, campaigns, and important marketing projects that support our growth and brand positioning. Collaboration is essential in this role, so you will work alongside clinical, commercial, operations, and digital leaders to make sure that every growth initiative aligns with patient care priorities, regulatory standards, and Linde’s wider business goals.

- You will lead business development efforts to drive expansion and identify new market opportunities that we can unlock together
- Growing market share will be part of your mission, whether through launching new services, forming partnerships, or making strategic investments
- You’ll take the lead on our integrated marketing strategy, helping to shape brand positioning, engage patients, and generate demand across multiple channels
- Building and managing strategic partnerships will be key, strengthening referral networks and collaborating closely with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders
- You will work hand-in-hand with clinical, operations, digital, and sales teams to ensure all growth initiatives are scalable, compliant, and deliver strong results
