Seeking International Candidates

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with collectors, patrons, philanthropists, and investors.
  • Identify sponsorship and funding opportunities for exhibitions, auctions, and cultural initiatives.

Introduce strategic partners who resonate with our vision.

  • Promote Cultural Exchanges' exhibitions, virtual auctions, and artist initiatives within your region.

Build networks with galleries, institutions, art advisors, family offices, and cultural organisations.

  • Support brand development and international expansion.

Ideal Profile

  • Strong network within the art, luxury, philanthropy, investment, or cultural sectors.
  • Experience in business development, patron relations, fundraising, art advisory, or strategic partnerships.
  • Passion for art, culture, and social impact.
  • Ability to work independently and build long-term relationships.
  • Based outside India and possessing strong regional networks in the territory they represent.

Eligibility

At this stage of expansion, we are specifically seeking international representatives and regional leads based outside India to strengthen our global presence and cultivate new collector and patron networks.

Compensation

  • This is a performance-based role.
  • Remuneration shall be linked to:

Business generated; Sponsorships secured;

Collectors and patrons introduced; Successful partnerships and fundraising outcomes.

Exceptional and sustained performance may lead to:

Regional leadership responsibilities; Long-term partnership opportunities; Revenue-sharing arrangements and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Strategic Partnerships, including developing, nurturing, and expanding long-term relationships across global markets.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities, interpret sales and partnership data, and support informed decision-making.
  • Proven Account Management experience, with the ability to handle multiple clients and partners, oversee agreements, and ensure consistent follow-through.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and cross-cultural sensitivity.
  • Solid Sales capabilities, with experience in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals within art, luxury, or creative industries.
  • Background or strong interest in contemporary art, design, or cultural initiatives; experience with high-net-worth collectors or institutional clients is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, global setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate virtually with a creative team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
