Budget Analyst (Vacancy#: VAR003301)

The incumbent serves as a Budget Analyst within the Financial Management Directorate (FMD) Library Collections and Services Group (LCSG) at the Library of Congress (LOC). The incumbent reports to the Chief, Budget and Finance and is responsible for advising on budgetary matters and supporting the planning of the formulation, presentation, and execution of the Library Services annual budget. This encompasses the planning and organizing of a comprehensive financial management program that includes but is not limited to the development of formal budget submissions; establishment, evaluation, and monitoring of the Service Unit and Library's budgetary systems for the expenditure of Federal funds.
