That means you sincerely care that our customers get exactly the quality products and services they need to embrace today and confidently pursue tomorrow. Position Details: From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All Inbound Sales Representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing! Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls, all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST). 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty License required after hire.
