Job Description
LHH is supporting a wonderful client in the real estate space who is seeking an entry level Accounting Clerk to join their team. This role will be on an open-ended contract basis, with permanent potential. This role will require in office work in Manhattan, NY. The ideal candidate has 6+ months of relevant experience and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Sending out monthly rent bills; Posting receipts
- Assisting with AP invoice processing
- Preparing bank reconciliations
- Assisting with year end audits
- Ad hoc projects as requested
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- 6+ months of relevant accounting experience (including internships)
- Strong skills in MS Excel
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: $25 - $29/hr, depending on experience.
