Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate based in Vadodara. The Senior Associate will be responsible for attending District Courts, drafting petitions, legal documents, handling litigation cases, conducting in-depth legal research, and offering strategic legal consultation to clients. The role includes managing compliance matters, overseeing due diligence processes, and liaising with clients for advisory and consultancy needs. Collaboration with team members and other professionals to develop tailor-made legal solutions is a critical aspect of the position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Legal Drafting, Documentation, and Report Writing
• Strong skills in Legal Research and Analysis
• Experience in Litigation, Case Management, and Representing Clients
• Background in Compliance Processes and Due Diligence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; LLM is preferred
• Membership of bar Council of India and / or Bar Council of Gujarat.
• Knowledge of Indian legal systems and practices; international legal exposure is a plus
• Strong sense of ethics, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
