- Collaborate with team members and professionals to develop tailor-made legal solutions
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Drafting, Documentation, and Report Writing
- Strong skills in Legal Research and Analysis
- Experience in Litigation, Case Management, and Client Representation
- Background in Compliance Processes and Due Diligence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; LLM preferred
- Membership of Bar Council of India and/or Bar Council of Gujarat
- Knowledge of Indian legal systems and practices; international legal exposure is a plus
- Strong sense of ethics, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Minimum 10 years of experience
