Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to the General Manager who can support day-to-day operations, manage schedules, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage GM’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate with internal departments for daily operations
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of GM
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Assist in planning meetings, events, and follow-ups
- Take meeting minutes and track action items
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Smart, presentable, and professional attitude
- Quick learner with problem-solving mindset
Education
- Graduate in any field (BBA / B.Com / BA preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
