CSR (Customer Service Representative)

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team at our gaming & entertainment center. If you love interacting with people and creating fun experiences, this role is for you!

Who Can Apply

• Good communication skills (basic English & Hindi/Punjabi)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the center
• Handle customer queries and provide information about games & activities
• Ensure customers have a fun and engaging experience
• Promote ongoing offers, events, and activities
• Maintain cleanliness and coordination at the center

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Team player with a proactive approach

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
