Job Description

Corporate Associate Attorney

Lerch, Early & Brewer, a full-service commercial law firm in Bethesda, Maryland, seeks to add exceptional attorneys to its highly regarded business transactions team. The firm particularly seeks an attorney with 4-7 years of experience to work in the Corporate practice group. You would work alongside experienced and highly skilled senior attorneys in a range of matters, including:

  • Significant M&A transactions
  • Commercial contract negotiations
  • Corporate structuring
  • Framing and resolution of business disputes

Our associates frequently work directly with clients, helping them achieve their many business objectives.

Qualified candidates should have excellent academic credentials and ideally prior work experience drafting corporate and transactional documents and working on complex business purchase transactions at a private law firm. In addition, candidates must demonstrate high standards of professional excellence, a commitment to outstanding client satisfaction, the ability to work well with others, and a strong work ethic.
