About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome all walk in customers and guide them toward the clinic, promoting the free eye check up.

2. Be involved in stock takes, maintaining sales floor standards, and day to day store activities.

3. Possess a basic understanding of the POS system to ensure transactions are processed effectively.

4. Dedicate efforts toward customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns effectively.

5. Present customers with suitable product selections based on optometrist recommendations and customer preferences.

6. Understand customer needs, ask relevant questions, and recommend appropriate products.

7. Achieve assigned targets for sales, eye test conversion, and returns while following SOPs diligently.

8. Coordinate with customers for product pickup after communication from the warehouse.

9. Verify the accuracy of fitted lenses before handing over products to customers.

10. Maintain store hygiene standards for displays, frames, instruments, and store equipment.

11. Ensure security of store equipment and prevent stock shortages or damages.

12. Handle return related concerns and work toward reducing return percentages.
