Job Description

**Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Curriculum Developer to join our Intel Security Sector's Analysis Solutions Business Area team in Bethesda, MD. As a Senior Curriculum Developer, you will support a challenging and dynamic program, designing, developing, and maintaining learning solutions for the customer's enterprise learning organization. **Responsibilities**

  • Provide expertise in adult learning practices and methods to develop and enhance instructional curriculum for both classroom and web-based delivery. * Conduct needs assessments and training needs analyses. * Execute all facets of the training development life cycle for various training types, including instructor-led courses, web-based and online training, blended learning, and performance support. * Select and design innovative instructional and learning strategies and associated technologies to optimize learning and achieve learning objectives. * Develop, execute, and test training courses and performance support products. * Manage and execute all aspects of training projects, including schedules, resources, and scope. * Design, develop, and deliver instructional materials for instructor and student use in approved formats. * Provide consultation and recommendations to customers on innovative training solutions and effective curriculum development and delivery. * Work with instructors, subject matter experts, and multimedia developers to analyze, design, develop, and evaluate learning solutions. * Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to enhance the design, development, and delivery of training programs. **Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree with 12 or more years of experience, or a Master's degree with 10 or more years of experience. * Current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. * Experience with AI-powered tools and technologies, such as adaptive learning platforms or AI-powered authoring tools. * Experience with implementing Section 508 requirements and developing learning solutions for IC agencies. * Familiarity with technical specifications for Learning Management Systems (LMS), SCORM, and WBT authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate. * Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex information to audiences of all levels. **Benefits**
