Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our innovative marketing team.   • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Develop compelling content for digital channels, including social media posts, email marketing campaigns, blog articles, and landing pages, utilizing copywriting best practices.
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques on websites built with WordPress and other content management systems to increase lead generation and sales.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create engaging graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles for digital assets.
  • Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL skills to troubleshoot website issues, enhance user experience, and support technical SEO efforts.
  • Execute marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through email marketing sequences and personalized messaging strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), B2B marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field with a strong understanding of SEO tools such as SEMrush or Moz.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns using Google Ads/Google AdWords and social media advertising platforms like Facebook Advertising.
  • Proficiency in content creation including copywriting for various digital formats and content management systems like WordPress.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and experience interpreting data to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL are preferred for technical troubleshooting and website enhancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks related to digital campaigns.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools for executing targeted email campaigns effectively.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles combined with experience using SEO tools for keyword research and site optimization.
  • Experience working within B2B environments or e-commerce sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
