Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Overseas Counselor located in Narasaraopeta. The Overseas Counselor will guide and assist individuals in their journey to study or work abroad. Responsibilities include counseling clients on suitable programs, assisting with application processes, clarifying visa requirements, and resolving any queries. Additionally, the counselor will maintain up-to-date knowledge of various international academic and career opportunities and provide personalized support to clients.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and documentation.
• Ability to research and stay informed on international education and career trends.
• Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client needs effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a client-focused, dynamic environment.
• Prior experience or background in counseling, education consultancy, or a related field is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline is preferred.
