Role Description

-- Responsible for handling the team and providing training as per the requirement.

-- Must be experienced in the Artificial Intelligence domain.

Required Skills

• Train employees on required skills.
• Analyze customer satisfaction reports and quality reports periodically to identify training needs.
• Designing and developing training programs.
• Responsible for an assessment of client training requests and implementation.
• Drive design, development, and delivery of all ongoing, new-hire, re-training, pilots, and other programs and allocate resources required for the same.
• Help design and implement processes for continuous evaluation of employees.
• Implement and track a continuous evaluation process.
• Must have knowledge and experience with AI technologies like Lidar, 2D,3D annotation, Computer vision, and Natural Language Processing, Medical AI etc.
• Must be able to handle a team of 100+ people.

Required Experience:

Experience of 5 to 5+ years in any Artificial Intelligence company is required.
