Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Developer / Project Coordinator with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role combines front-end development expertise with project coordination responsibilities to support the delivery of high-quality web solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Development
- Design, develop, document, and test XSLT-based solutions
- Build and maintain websites aligned with design standards and SEO best practices
- Leverage and optimize existing code for performance and scalability
- Work with modern web technologies to deliver responsive and user-friendly experiences
Project Coordination
- Support planning, execution, and tracking of web development projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
- Manage timelines, priorities, and project updates effectively
- Review wireframes and prototypes to ensure alignment with requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with: XML, XSLT, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience working with Content Management Systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Understanding of web development methodologies and tools
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in project coordination, operations, or similar role
- Ability to interpret wireframes and website prototypes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred
- Experience as an AEM Author (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Familiarity with SEO principles and performance optimization
Pay: ₹150,343.00 - ₹200,638.00 per month
