IT Consultant/ Technical Account Manager (MSP)

What You’ll Do:
Document and assess client environments, align infrastructure to internal standards, maintain technology roadmaps, and contribute to Technology Business Reviews. You’ll advise on Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, security frameworks (ITIL, CIS, NIST), and overall infrastructure maturity.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years MSP experience in systems/network administration or technology consulting within SMB environments. Strong business acumen, client communication skills, and the ability to translate tech into strategy.
