Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support for client environments
- Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, and desktop applications
- Support Azure Entra ID
- Support M365 suite (administration, licensing, support)
- Support Active Directory, endpoint devices, and basic networking
- Work closely with the service desk to resolve client issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years of MSP experience
- Experience providing support to both Mac & Windows environments
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure Entra ID
- Basic networking knowledge (switches, firewalls, connectivity)
- Experience with ConnectWise or Kaseya highly preffered
- Comfortable working directly with clients on-site
